Tickets:

Can I exchange my ticket?

No, you cannot exchange your ticket. But, you may assign the ticket to a new person and this can be done by editing the ticket holder's name.

Can I buy a ticket for a friend?

Yes, you can buy a ticket for a friend. But, depending on the information the organizer wants to collect, you will either only input your email, in which all of the tickets will be sent to this email address and you will need to forward your friends' tickets to them, or you can enter your friends' emails and then their tickets will be emailed to them directly.

I bought a ticket for a friend and I can't see their ticket how do I know they received it?

Depending on how the organizer wishes to collect information, you will either have the opportunity to input only your email or enter all of your friends' email addresses too. If you entered your friends' email addresses, their tickets were sent directly to them and you will not be able to view their tickets.

How do I check-in to an event?

You check-in to an event at the event. You will need the QR code to check-in and you can bring this via hard copy, a printed ticket, or by keeping the ticket on your phone. You can't check-in to an event before the event starts. 

How do I receive my ticket?

You will be sent your ticket to the email address you provided.

What do I do if I lost my ticket?

If you lost your ticket, you can either access the ticket sent to your email or resend the ticket to your email.

Can I transfer my ticket to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your ticket to a new person and this can be done by editing the ticket holder's name online.

How do I print my ticket?

You can print your ticket by clicking on the ticket attached in an email and then selecting "print."

 

Attendee Info:

What are the differences between collecting information from individual attendees compared to purchasers only?

Depending on the information required, you will have the opportunity to input only your information or information for you and everyone you purchased tickets for. When you enter only your information, you will receive all of the tickets and need to distribute them accordingly. But, when you input everyone's information that you bought tickets for, each person will receive their own tickets via email.

How do I upload a file for a "file upload" custom question?

You upload a file by clicking the box and either drag a file into place or upload your own file. Please note the file must fit within the parameters to upload properly.

 

Refunds:

How do I get a refund for a ticket?

You must contact the organizer to receive a refund for a ticket. A refund can only be given by the organizer. The organizer's contact information will be listed on the site.

How long does it take to hit my bank account?

If a ticket is refunded, the refund may take 3-5 business days depending on a bank's rules.

What happens to my ticket if I am declined by my credit card?

If your transaction is declined, no ticket will be issued.

 

Promo Codes:

How do I apply a promo code?

When buying a ticket, in the get tickets section, enter the promo code and hit apply. The discount will be generated and show in the ticket pricing section.

Can I use more than one promo code at one time?

No, you cannot use more than one promo code at one time.

 

Comp:

Who do I need to contact to comp a ticket?

You need to contact the organizer to comp a ticket. Their information will be listed as the contact person.
